I am pleased with the service provided.  Mr. James came to my house to diagnose my Samsung Electric Range.  Within 10 minutes he was able to conclude that the bake element was bad.  The replacement part arrived at my front door the very next business day.  Problem solved!  Thanks to Mr. James my appliance is working properly again.  I will certainly be calling him in the future if anything else happens.

Sj Repair was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He had an appointment for the next day available but I needed a few days. We set the appointment. He confirmed the day of and was prompt arriving. He was able to greatly reduce the noise I was hearing from my refrigerator.
